Hi, I'm Flor.
I know the deep exhaustion of sleep-deprived parenthood because I've lived it. My baby has always struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep. He is a very active child who just enjoys the world too much! I've been given too much generic advise that was not aligned with my baby's temperament and made things much worse, so I decided to study the science myself - as I refused to believe cry-it-out was the only way. That's when I discovered there is another path!
I believe sleep needs to be nurtured with love and patience, protecting secure attachment and never leaving your baby to cry alone.
